Zachary Helms, 30 of Broken Arrow and Shamsher Singh, of Stockton, California were eastbound on US412 when Singh slowed.  Helms was driving a 2010 GMC Sierra, and drove into the back of Singh, who was driving a 2019 Volvo Semi.  Helms was pinned for approximately 46 minutes and freed by Catoosa Fire Department using extrication tools. 

Helms was transported to St Francis Hospital and admitted in critical condition with head, trunk internal, trunk external, arm and leg injuries.  A 9-year-old passenger was also transported by to St Francis Hospital and admitted in critical condition with head, trunk external, trunk internal, arm and leg injuries. 

Singh and his passenger we uninjured.
