TULSA, Okla. –
The Ultimate Queen Celebration, starring Marc Martel, is taking fans on a journey through the iconic music of Queen at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa on Nov. 25.

Tickets start at $19 and go on sale Sept. 27.

From sold-out concerts across North America to more than 30 million views on YouTube and Facebook, Martel and his Ultimate Queen Celebration is paying homage to one of the world’s most renowned and influential rock institutions in front of thousands of fans each year.

Long before his YouTube videos went viral, Marc Martel spent 13 years recording and touring the globe with Canadian rockers Downhere. He soon received an email with a link to a contest spearheaded by the actual members of Queen. In 2011, he cut a video version of “Somebody to Love” that went on to receive more than 30 million cumulative YouTube and Facebook views and bolster an appearance on “Ellen.”

Martel stays busy with his own show as well as fronting “Symphonic Queen” with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Mexico in Mexico City. He’s also cultivated a solo career with his own 2014 album, “Impersonator,” that includes the song “Dead Ringer.”

Rolling Stone Magazine has reported that Martel will be heard as part of Freddie Mercury’s vocals for Rami Malek’s performance as the Queen singer in the upcoming biopic “Bohemian Rhapsody” that will be in theaters on Nov. 2.

In 2016, he released the EP “The Silent Night,” which brought him back onto the Christian radio charts with the single “What Child Is This?” featuring Ron Block of Alison Krauss and Union Station. He released his latest, “The First Noel,” last year, which features his new version of “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.”

Martel also has a covers collection, “My Way Vol. 1,” that was released in early 2018, thanks to demand from his fans.
