Pink hotel floor and pink merchandise in October to support Oklahoma Project Woman
TULSA, Okla. – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa continues its fight against breast cancer by offering a pink experience and pink merchandise during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The pink makeover is in support of Oklahoma Project Woman to raise awareness of the disease and help save lives.
“We are extremely proud to continue our support of Oklahoma Project Woman in their fight against breast cancer,” said Martin Madewell, director of hospitality at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. “Our friends, family and neighbors battling this disease are able to receive year-round services because of what the organization does in our area. We, along with our guests, are honored to help in this fight.”
During the month of October, guests staying on the 10th floor of the Hard Rock suite tower will be lavished with pink sheets, pillows and robes. The suite doors and elevator are also getting a makeover to raise awareness in the fight against breast cancer.
The Hard Rock Store will offer limited edition pink merchandise. Pink apparel, pins and glasses are on sale in the store, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Oklahoma Project Woman.
Oklahoma Project Woman provides free mammograms, diagnostic procedures and surgical services for Oklahomans of any age with no health insurance and limited financial resources. The organization has provided more than 43,000 uninsured Oklahomans with breast health care, including 658 people who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
