Broken Arrow Mayor among Oklahoma leaders invited to White House

Broken Arrow Mayor Craig Thurmond has been invited to the White House for the third time since January. Thurmond will attend the White House Conference with Oklahoma Local and County Leaders on Aug. 21.

The purpose of the conference is to develop a working relationship between the White House and leaders within the State of Oklahoma.

“It’s always an honor to be invited to a meeting at the White House,” Thurmond said. “I look forward to discussing issues that matter most to Broken Arrow residents, and Oklahomans as a whole, with the President’s staff.”
