Broken Arrow man in stable condition after fatality accident in McCurtain County Saturday
11/18/2018 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a fatality incident occurred on November 17th, 2018 at approximately 9:20pm on private property, 5.5 miles south, and 3 east of Albion, OK in McCurtain County.
A 2016 Polaris Ranger, driven by William Wagoner, 24 of Wister, OK, was traveling on a private gravel road. The Polaris departed the roadway to the left, ejecting driver and passenger 2, before spinning 180 degrees, coming to rest on the driver side of the vehicle. Wagoner was transported by Leflore County EMS to Choctaw Nation Hospital in Talihina, where he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Passenger 1: Brett Mitchell, 23, of Pryor, was transported by private vehicle to Choctaw Nation Hospital in Talihina, where he was treated and released.
Passenger 2: Travis Brannon, 23 of Broken Arrow, was transported by private vehicle to Choctaw Nation Hospital in Talihina, where he was admitted in stable condition with injures to arms, and legs.
