TULSA, Okla. – Longtime singer, songwriter and guitarist Boz Scaggs will be making a stop to perform at The Joint inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa Sept. 27.

Scaggs is known for his effortless soul, laser-focused direction and intense playing. His lengthy career first saw success during his time in the late 60s with the Steve Miller Band, where he contributed to two studio albums.
Since then, his solo career has skyrocketed with multiple albums like “Silk Degrees” (1976), “Middle Man” (1980), “Some Change” (1994), “Dig” (2001) and “Memphis” (2013), to name a few.
His latest album, “A Fool to Care,” is considered relaxed and easy with a high energy level. Twelve tracks make up the record, including contributions by well-known artists like Bonnie Raitt and Lucinda Williams. Scaggs credits influences from Oklahoma, Louisiana and Texas as his inspiration.
