Broken Arrow Man Dies in Creek County Accident
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is reporting a fatality collision occurred April 24th, 2016 at approximately 7:28pm on 91st Street South approximately 1/2 mile west of SH 97, 1/10 of a mile west of the city limits of Sapulpa, OK in Creek County.
An unknown year Suzuki Motorcycle driven by John J Cason, age 58, of Broken Arrow was westbound on 91st Street South and for an unknown reason departed the roadway left and struck a guardrail throwing John Cason and his passenger Candice L Cason , age 36 to rest in a ditch.
John Cason was pronounced dead on scene from multiple injuries by Office of the Chief Medical Examiner Investigator Katy VanDeVenter. Candice L Cason was transported by Creek County EMS to St. John Hospital in Tulsa, OK. where she was admitted in critical condition with head, trunk external, trunk internal, arm and leg injuries.
