The World Series of Poker returns to Tulsa with live Hard Rock Circuit event March 5-17

TULSA, Okla. (Feb. 21, 2025)  Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is on its way to crown its newest poker champion as the World Series of Poker rolls into town for its annual Hard Rock Tulsa circuit March 5-17.

The tournament consists of 47 events over 13 days, including the No Limit Hold’em Championship event beginning on Friday, March 14, and concluding on Monday, March 17. The stop features 15 official WSOP Circuit Ring events, as well as two Seniors No Limit Hold’em events and a ladies’ event for a total of 18 rings. Event buy-ins range from $140 to $1,700. Satellite qualifier buy-ins range from $75 to $140, with new packages this year that include a Main Event buy-in and buy-ins into any $400 ring event.

WSOP Circuit Events is a series of poker tournaments hosted throughout the United States and the world, beginning in early August each year and culminating the following summer, with a $1,000,000 Global Casino Championship where the victor earns a WSOP gold bracelet.

The Hard Rock Tulsa winner will go on to represent the circuit in the 2025 WSOP Tournament of Champions this summer in Las Vegas. In March 2024, Houston native Han Feng beat out a field of 472 and secured the top spot in Hard Rock Tulsa’s Main Event, earning $144,413 and his first WSOP Circuit ring, and he joined fellow 2024 Hard Rock Tulsa circuit champion Mark Barrientos to represent the circuit in the Tournament of Champions.

Players can qualify for the 2025 Tournament of Champions in several ways: a) win a Circuit Main Event at any domestic or international stop; b) win a Casino Championship, which is defined as the player at each stop who accumulates the most points throughout the 12-event gold ring schedule at any domestic or international stop; or c) be one of the top 50 cumulative point-earners over the entire season who hasn’t otherwise qualified (domestic tour only).

Guests must be at least 21 years old to play.
