NORTHEAST

Grand: November 27. Elevation is normal, water temperature 49°F and clear. Greenleaf: November 27. Elevation is 2 ft. below normal, water temperature 52°F and stained. Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, bill baits, flukes, jerk baits, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, coves, docks, and main lake. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, nymphs, shad, and worms around channels, docks, and points. Crappie fair on in-line spinnerbaits, jigs, minnows, small lures, and worms around brush structure, coves, docks, and main lake. Report submitted by Dylan Langford, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.

Keystone: November 27. Elevation is 5 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 47°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass and striped bass hybrids excellent on jerk baits, jigs, and live shad below the dam and main lake. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair on jerk baits, jigs, and plastic baits around rocks. Blue and channel catfish fair on punch bait and stinkbait around rocks. Report submitted by Bailey Johnson, game warden stationed in Creek County.

Lower Illinois: November 25. Elevation is normal, water temperature 58°F and clear. Rainbow trout fair on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, and PowerBait below the dam. Comments: Best times are early morning and late evening below the dam and at the Watts area. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Perry CCC: November 27. Elevation is normal, water temperature 55°F and murky. Rainbow trout slow on dough bait, in-line spinnerbaits, PowerBait, and spoons around coves, flats, and weed beds. Report submitted by Stephen Paul, game warden stationed in Noble County.

Sooner: November 27. Elevation is normal, water temperature 53°F and clear. Bass, Striped Hybrid good on jigs, live shad, and minnows around discharge and main lake. Saugeye fair on crankbaits, jigs, and live shad around discharge, main lake, points, and riprap. Crappie slow on jigs and minnows around riprap. Report submitted by Stephen Paul, game warden stationed in Noble County.

Tenkiller: November 27. Elevation is 3.5 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 60°F and murky. Webbers Falls: November 27. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal, water temperature 52°F and stained. Foss: November 28. Elevation is 4.5 ft. below normal, water temperature 55°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Walleye fair on live bait around main lake.  Striped bass hybrids good on live bait in deep water. Crappie fair on salmon eggs. Blue River: November 29. Elevation is normal, water temperature 50°F and clear. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on jerk baits and tube jigs around brush structure, river channel, rocks, and shorelines. Rainbow trout excellent on midges, nymphs, and PowerBait around river channel and rocks. Report submitted by Ethan Lovelace, biologist at the Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.

Broken Bow: November 25. Elevation is 11 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 55°F and clear. Hugo: November 25. Elevation is normal and rising, water temperature 63°F and murky. Konawa: November 27. Elevation is normal, water temperature 56°F and clear. Largemouth bass slow on Alabama rigs and crankbaits around main lake, river mouth, and weed beds. Striped bass hybrids and white bass slow on Alabama rigs, crankbaits around coves, discharge, and river channel. Channel catfish slow on chicken liver and cut bait around coves, inlet, riprap, and weed beds. Report submitted by Garret Harley, game warden stationed in Seminole County.

Lower Mountain Fork: November 25. Elevation is normal, water temperature 55°F and clear. Rainbow trout good on PowerBait, small lures, tube jigs, and worms below the dam and spillway. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

McGee Creek: November 25. Elevation is 4 ft. below normal, water temperature 54°F and murky. Pine Creek: November 25. Elevation is 3.5 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 58°F and murky. Texoma: November 27. Elevation is 3.5 ft. below normal, water temperature 56°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass good on flukes and live shad around main lake, points, and river channel. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, dough bait, live bait, live shad, and punch bait around channels, coves, creek channels, docks, points, river channel, and river mouth. Crappie slow on hair jigs, jigs, minnows, and nymphs around brush structure, channels, coves, docks, rocks, and standing timber. Comments: Fishing this week has been good. Striper are being caught dead sticking and using live shad. They have been caught near the Roosevelt Bridge and train bridge. Catfish are being caught near the oil wells on live shad. Wister: November 25. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 52°F and murky.
