Foss: June 13. Elevation 2.14 ft. below normal with gates closed, water mid-70s and clear. Striped bass hybrids surfacing and good on topwater lures. Arbuckle: June 12. Elevation above normal, water 82 and clear to stained up arms. Bass fair on topwater lures and jerk baits early morning hours and on worms in 20+ ft. of water the rest of the day.
