(USACE Lake Level) Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, crawfish, hot dogs, live bait, live shad, shad, shrimp, stinkbait, sunfish, and worms below the dam, channels, main lake, and shorelines. Crappie fair on hair jigs, minnows, PowerBait, small lures, and tube jigs around brush structure, docks, and shorelines. Largemouth bass fair on bill baits, in-line spinnerbaits, jerk baits, minnows, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, coves, shorelines, and weed beds. Report submitted by Lt. Fort Gibson: July 28. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 84°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Paddlefish good snagging around channels, coves, and main lake. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, spoons, topwater lures, and worms around coves, docks, and shorelines. White bass and crappie good on crankbaits, hair jigs, minnows, spoons, and tube jigs below the dam, brush structure, channels, docks, and main lake. Report submitted by Cody Morris, game warden stationed in Wagoner County.

Lower Illinois River: July 26. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 63°F and clear. Rainbow trout good on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, PowerBait, and worms below the dam, shallows, and shorelines. Comments: Water flow on Friday 07-26-24 is approximately 515 CFS. Report submitted by Jerry Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

 

Tenkiller: July 28. Elevation is 0.5 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 88°F and clear. Blue River: July 29. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 80°F and clear. Broken Bow: July 26. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 88°F and clear. McGee Creek: July 26. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 89°F and stained. Robert S. Kerr: July 26. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 88°F and murky. Texoma: July 28. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 90°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass fair on live shad, plastic baits, sassy shad, and topwater lures around channels and points. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, live bait, live shad, and punch bait around channels, coves, docks, and river channel. Crappie fair on caddis flies, hair jigs, jigs, and minnows around brush structure, coves, docks, and standing timber. Comments: Striper have been good trolling using Alabama rigs, sassy, shad and using live bait. They have also been caught on topwater. Catfish are good on cut and live shad near channels.
