Broken Arrow Man Dies in Delaware County Accident

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol report a fatality collision occurred November 3rd at approximately 4:59PM on SH25 at North South 690, approximately 7 miles east of Grove, in Delaware County.

Justin D Brown, 32 of Broken Arrow, was driving a 2018 Jeep Compass eastbound on SH25 when he went left of center and was struck by a 2019 Peterbilt Semi driven by Gary R Palmeri,  54 of Colcord, Oklahoma.  Brown was was pinned for approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes and was extricated by Grove Fire with assistance from Cowskin Fire. He was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple injuries.

Palmeri was not injured.
