07/28/2020 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a personal injury collision occurred on July 28th, 2020 at approximately 4:42 AM, on 131st Street approximately six-tenths of a mile east of 193rd St. and approximately six-tenths of a mile east of Broken Arrow, OK in Wagoner County.
James Porter, age 32 of Inola, was driving eastbound on 131st St when his 2014 Dodge Journey departed the roadway to the left and struck a tree. He was transported by Broken Arrow Fire Department to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa and admitted in fair condition for arm and trunk internal injuries.
His passenger, Jessica Skeen, 29 of Broken Arrow was transported by Broken Arrow Fire Department to St. Francis Tulsa and admitted in fair condition for trunk internal injuries.
