Elderberry syrup workshop at the Cherokee Nation Vinita Health Center. Melissa Lewis will be conducting a class in preparing the syrup as well as educating participants on use of elderberry. Community Walking/Running Group will meet at 6 p.m. in Muldrow City Park in Muldrow every Tuesday and Thursday. Join community members and encourage better health for one another in this free group.
