Main Street Bikeway Group Ride and Ribbon Cutting

Broken Arrow will celebrate its new Main Street Bikeway on Friday, Sept. 13, with a group ride. Anyone who would like to join the ride is welcome! (Please wear a helmet.) The approximately 1.1-mile ride will begin at 10 a.m. at Washington (91st) and Main Streets, near Harvest Church. The group will ride north using the bikeway and stop at the Rose District Plaza at 418 S. Main St. The Broken Arrow Police Department and INCOG will have representatives available with information about bike safety, traffic laws regarding bicycles, back-in parking along South Main Street, and the regional trail network that connects much of the Tulsa metropolitan area. In case of rain, the ride will be held at the same time Monday, Sept. 16.
