TULSA, Okla. –
Multiplatinum county music entertainer Scotty McCreery will take the stage at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa on Nov. 8.
Tickets start at $29 and go on sale Sept. 4.
McCreery released his third album, “Seasons Change,” earlier this year. It was his fourth consecutive album to debut at No. 1 on a Billboard albums chart and contains his platinum-certified No. 1 smash hit “Five More Minutes” and his current single “This Is It.” For the first time, McCreery co-wrote all 11 songs on the album, making it his most personal project yet. The music video for “This Is It,” which recently topped the GAC Top 20 Playlist, was filmed at McCreery’s June wedding to his high school sweetheart, Gabi Dugal.
The ACM, BMI and CMT Award-winning singer/songwriter first rose to national prominence when he won “American Idol” in 2011. McCreery made history when he became the youngest male artist of any genre and the first country music artist ever to have his debut album enter at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. That album, “Clear as Day,” was later certified platinum and became the best-selling solo album released by a country artist in 2011. It featured his platinum-certified hit singles “I Love You This Big” and “The Trouble With Girls” as well as his fan-favorite hit “Water Tower Town.”
After releasing the gold-certified “Christmas With Scotty McCreery,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Holiday Albums Chart, McCreery returned with the album “See You Tonight,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart. That project featured his hits “See You Tonight” (which McCreery co-wrote) and “Feelin’ It,” both of which reached the Top 10 and were certified platinum and gold, respectively.
McCreery released his first book, “Go Big or Go Home: The Journey Toward the Dream,” in 2016. He was voted Country Music’s Sexiest Man and, until his recent marriage, Country Music’s Hottest Bachelor by the readers of “NASH Country Weekly Magazine.”
